Telephone Account Executive - Auckland

We have been experiencing phenomenal growth in New Zealand and are looking for a skilled sales team to target customers over the phone in Australia.
This is a phone based role, but one where we are looking for a skilled professional to build new business sales in Australia through telephone activity, prospecting new business outbound,conducting online demos, creating qualified appointments for your colleagues in Australia who are on the ground, and closing your own deals end to end. To succeed in this role you must be able to solution sell and gain an intimate understanding of EROAD’s products and services and the way that it benefits customers. You will need to have a can do attitude and will be looked to create EROAD’s sales growth, adapt to changing market needs, adapt your sales techniques and target segments as opportunity arises. You will be supported by our Marketing teams to help ensure your success. Working in an autonomous nature you will have the ability to wear multiple hats and help consult on EROAD’s strategic sales direction and growth ambitions.

Duties will include:
- Prospecting new business and new sales into Australia via the phone - through a combination of cold calling, phone demonstrations, and closing warm marketing generated leads
- Online demonstrations of EROAD products and services to customers
- Preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ensuring all activity is recorded in our CRM system
- Working with stakeholders within EROAD and the customers’ business to develop and execute on roll out and implementation plans
- Taking a strategic view to growth and sharing experiences with the Australian team.
