Role:

The Customer Success Manager ensures that EROAD’s customers receive great customer service while achieving effective operational delivery and commercial outcomes across the ANZ business.

As one of the key EROAD customer champions this role leads the ANZ Customer teams by building a strong service culture and ensuring effective and efficient service delivery. As part of the global Customer Success team, this role will leverage and standardise best practice across the business.

The key focus for the initial 12-18 months is transforming and designing the team processes, systems and mindset to a true Customer Success model for ANZ

You will ideally have experience in process improvement, be an influencer and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, and has the capability and vision to mould the Centre into a stand-out service provider known for being the best in the market. This will include being a total cheerleader for your people and an inspiration to the team.

Requirements

Required experience:

  • 5 years + leadership experience
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment and how it operates
  • Goal driven and solutions focused
  • Project management skills
