Installation Coordinator - 12 months Fixed term (Maternity Leave)

We`re looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Installations Team on a fixed term contract. Our customers include some of the largest transport operators across New Zealand, and you'll be responsible for coordinating the installs of our hardware into their vehicle fleets – scheduling with customers and our country-wide installer network, ensuring we are meeting our specified service level agreements and keeping systems up to date.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a customer focused individual, and the nature of the industry we work in means you'll need to be proactive, resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Preferably you will have a background in transport or have experience in fleet administration, job dispatching or a planning/coordination role.
This is a busy and varied position, to be successful in this role you will also need to hold the following attributes:
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Great communication – with a natural talent for speaking over the phone
- Love working in a busy environment
- Positive outlook – with the drive and ownership to get things done!
