Programme Manager- (Contract)
EROAD is seeking a passionate programme manager with very high aptitude to guide the delivery & market readiness of two large next generation platforms to market.
This position involves program management of multi-disciplinary cross functional teams developing new products and services from concept, design, implementation, through to production and deployment.
The programme manager ensures overall project success by working with the teams to ensure the overall programme is clearly communicated, and aligned to the customer needs the programme is fulfilling. This includes maintaining highly visible goals, related tasks to the project team while maintaining a continuous dialogue with key internal and external stakeholders.
This role will suit an energetic, people focused agile program manager who performs well in a complex, diverse, fast paced environment where a proactive, collaborative, problem solving management style is key.
You will work across the business, from the services arm to the product delivery & agile development teams involving SaaS software, mobile, firmware and partner integrations along with product managers, architects, partners and operational teams to deliver our products to market.

- 2+ years’ experience in a program management or similar delivery role.
- 10+ years’ experience in agile software project management.
- Understanding of AWS, high scale, SaaS, mobile, analytics and IoT.
- Participated in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life.
- Expert in lean start-up and agile software development methodologies with practical experience in both corporate and start-up environments.
